Jason H. Krinsky

He provides comprehensive legal representation across the New York area defending clients against a wide spectrum of charges, including DUI, drug offenses, assault, theft, and homicide.

Mr. Krinsky’s path to legal advocacy began at Bard College in upstate New York, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts. He then pursued his Juris Doctor at New York Law School, immersing himself in the complexities of criminal law as a member of the Criminal Defense Clinic. While in the clinic, he represented clients in court and secured significant victories, including a full case dismissal based on Speedy Trial Rights.

Following his graduation in 2019, Mr. Krinsky sharpened his litigation skills at a well-respected Brooklyn-based law firm, where he gained invaluable experience in both civil and criminal matters.

Mr. Krinsky is a member of the NYS Bar Association, NJ Bar Association, the CT Bar Association and is a member of the Jewish Lawyers Guild along with the Jewish Bar Association of New Jersey.
