Jared Flanery

Jared Flanery handles immigration cases, often with criminal defense components. He is deeply committed to open and consistent communication with his clients.

Mr. Flanery is experienced in representation in defensive removal proceedings before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), or Immigration Court. Defensive representation may include applications for asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, or other forms of relief.
