Since June 2025, Mr. Roesch has also served as an attorney with the Law Office of Robert Tsigler, where he handles all types of criminal matters throughout New York. In that role, he represents clients facing misdemeanor and felony charges, conducts court appearances, negotiates with prosecutors, prepares and argues motions, and advocates vigorously for favorable outcomes both in and out of the courtroom. His criminal defense experience allows him to provide strategic, results-driven representation to individuals facing serious legal challenges.

Prior to establishing his own practice, Mr. Roesch served as an attorney and partner with several respected New York law firms. As a Partner at Goldberg & Cohn, LLP and later as an Associate at Angiuli & Gentile, LLP, he handled a diverse caseload involving family law, criminal defense, workers’ compensation, personal injury, and matrimonial matters. He regularly appeared in Supreme Court, Family Court, and Criminal Court throughout all five boroughs of New York City, conducted hearings and trials, defended and conducted depositions, and represented clients in high-stakes and high-net-worth matters Mr. Roesch earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2011. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Union College in Schenectady, New York.
